Heute drehen wir den Spie\u00df aber um. Unser erfahrener Benutzer und Physiotherapeut Christian Slechta zeigt uns, wie er die Software in seinem beruflichen Alltag einsetzt. Wir werden sehen, welche Funktionen ihm im Besonderen dabei helfen, wertvolle Zeit zu sparen&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>Termine und Patienten mit wenigen Klicks anlegen<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Paul:<\/strong> Christian, spielen wir doch kurz folgendes Szenario durch: Ich bin Patient und rufe dich an, um einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Das bist du in dem Fall aber nicht. Darum klicke ich in der Patientenauswahl auf \u201cNeuer Patient\u201d, f\u00fclle die notwendigsten Felder aus und w\u00e4hle die passende Behandlungsart um den Termin zu speichern. Den Rest \u2013 beispielsweise deine Adresse, Kontakt- oder Versicherungsdaten \u2013 trage ich sp\u00e4ter ein, wenn du zur Behandlung kommst.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1590\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" style=\"width: 1300px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.appointmed.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/neuen-patienten-anlegen.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appointmed.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/neuen-patienten-anlegen.gif\" alt=\"Direkt bei der Terminvergabe einen neuen Patienten anlegen\" width=\"1300\" height=\"756\" \/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Direkt bei der Terminvergabe einen neuen Patienten anlegen<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Paul:<\/strong> Wieso tr\u00e4gst du diese Daten nicht gleich beim Anlegen meiner Patientenkartei ein?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Christian:\u00a0<\/strong>Bei einem Telefonat w\u00fcrde das alles einfach zu lange dauern, au\u00dferdem erreichen mich die Patienten nicht immer direkt, sondern werden von der Ordinationshilfe eingeteilt. Beim Erstgespr\u00e4ch klicke ich, in den Termindetails, auf deinen Namen und komme so direkt zur Patientenakte. Dort trage ich dann die Stammdaten ein. Nach der Anamnese, also der genauen Beschreibung des Problems, beginne ich mit der Behandlung.<\/p>\n<h2>Die Dokumentation des Behandlungsverlaufs<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Paul:<\/strong> Gut, du hast mich behandelt, was machst du jetzt?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Christian:<\/strong> Im Idealfall erfolgt die Dokumentation direkt nach der Behandlung, bevor der n\u00e4chste Patient an der Reihe ist. Ich \u00f6ffne in der Patientenakte die Dokumentation und f\u00fcge einen neuen Eintrag hinzu. Hier schreibe ich dann eine kurze Zusammenfassung f\u00fcr den Behandlungsverlauf.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1592\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" style=\"width: 1300px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.appointmed.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/dokumentation-der-behandlung.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1592\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appointmed.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/dokumentation-der-behandlung.gif\" alt=\"Hinzuf\u00fcgen einer Behandlungsnotiz in der Patientenakte\" width=\"1300\" height=\"762\" \/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Hinzuf\u00fcgen einer Behandlungsnotiz in der Patientenakte<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Paul:<\/strong> Was machst du mit Befunden des Patienten?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Christian:<\/strong> Befunde scanne ich ein und lege sie ebenfalls in der Patientenakte unter \u201cBefunde\u201d ab, wenn ich ein wenig mehr Zeit zwischen Patienten habe. Sonst hole ich das nach, sobald ich etwas mehr Zeit habe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paul:<\/strong> Du kannst Befunde auch mit deinem Smartphone fotografieren und direkt in appointmed hochladen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Christian:<\/strong> Ich wei\u00df! Ich benutze appointmed Mobile aber nur selten. Eigentlich arbeite ich ausschlie\u00dflich am PC.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00dcbersichtliche Verwaltung der Rechnungen<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Paul:<\/strong> Die Behandlung ist vorbei und es geht an die Bezahlung. Wie funktioniert das bei dir?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Christian:<\/strong> Bei mir zahlen Patienten ausschlie\u00dflich per \u00dcberweisung. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appointmed.com\/registrierkasse\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Die integrierte Registrierkasse<\/a> verwende ich daher nicht.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Die Verrechnungsfunktion in ihrer Gesamtheit bietet mir trotzdem den gr\u00f6\u00dften Mehrwert.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ich muss mir keine Gedanken mehr \u00fcber Rechnungsnummern machen und sehe auf einen Blick, welche Rechnungen noch offen oder bereits bezahlt sind. Abschlie\u00dfend, aus reinem Interesse: Was darf f\u00fcr dich bei einer Praxissoftware nicht fehlen?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Christian<\/strong>: Die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appointmed.com\/terminerinnerungen-fuer-patienten\">Terminabwicklung mit Erinnerungsfunktion<\/a>, beispielsweise per E-Mail oder SMS. Die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appointmed.com\/elektronische-patientenakte\">Dokumentation mit Befundaufnahme<\/a> und eine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appointmed.com\/verrechnung-und-registrierkasse\">unkomplizierte Rechnungslegung<\/a>. Das sind f\u00fcr mich die drei wichtigsten Punkte. Ah ja, eine automatische Datensicherung, bei der ich mich um nichts weiter k\u00fcmmern muss, ist mir auch sehr wichtig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paul<\/strong>: Abgesehen von den aufgez\u00e4hlten Punkten, gibt es noch andere Bereiche, die durch eine Praxissoftware verbessert werden?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Christian<\/strong>: Der Papierkram, beziehungsweise Papierstau, wenn es um die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appointmed.com\/blog\/2017\/05\/5-vorteile-einer-digitalen-patientenakte-gegenueber-stift-und-papier\/\">richtige Lagerung und Archivierung von Patientenakten<\/a> geht. Nehmen wir zum Beispiel an, ein bereits erfolgreich behandelter Patient kommt nach etlichen Jahren wieder zu mir. Da m\u00f6chte ich nicht in den Keller gehen um dort nach seiner Akte zu suchen&#8230; (lacht).
