Apps, also Anwendungssoftware f\u00fcr Mobilger\u00e4te, erobern seit Jahren unsere Mobiltelefone \u2013 und damit unser Leben. Genutzt werden Apps vor allem zur Suche nach Informationen, zu Unterhaltungszwecken und zur Kommunikation mit Freunden. Auch f\u00fcr den Gesundheitsbereich steht heute eine Vielzahl an Apps zur Verf\u00fcgung: Waren es 2013 „nur“ 43.689, hat sich diese Zahl 2015 auf 90.088 bereits mehr als verdoppelt. Im Laienbereich dienen Gesundheits-Apps vor allem der Pr\u00e4vention (Fitness, Lifestyle, Stress, Di\u00e4t, Ern\u00e4hrung etc.) oder werden als Begleiter bei Erkrankungen (Medikamentenerinnerung, spezifische Informationen zur jeweiligen Krankheit etc.) eingesetzt.
