Formulare k\u00f6nnen aus beliebig vielen Textfeldern, Ja\/Nein Feldern und Auswahllisten zusammengestellt werden.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1732\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" style=\"width: 650px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.appointmed.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/appointmed-formular-erstellen.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1732 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appointmed.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/appointmed-formular-erstellen.gif\" alt=\"Formular f\u00fcr die Dokumentation in appointmed erstellen\" width=\"650\" height=\"370\" \/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Formular f\u00fcr die Dokumentation erstellen<\/p><\/div>\n<p>So kann zB im Handumdrehen ein Fragebogen f\u00fcr die Anamnese erstellt werden und in Kombination mit der zweiten gro\u00dfen Neuerung dieses Updates als Vorlage gespeichert werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Vorlagen f\u00fcr die Dokumentation speichern<\/h4>\n<p>Jeder Eintrag in der Dokumentation (egal ob Texteintrag oder Formular) kann nun als Vorlage gespeichert werden. Vorlagen k\u00f6nnen entweder mit oder ohne Inhalt (zB Textinhalt von Formularfeldern) gespeichert werden. Mit nur einem Mausklick k\u00f6nnen Vorlagen dann schnell in die Dokumentation eingef\u00fcgt werden.<\/p>\n<p><div id=\"attachment_1733\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" style=\"width: 650px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.appointmed.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/appointmed-vorlage-einf\u00fcgen.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-1733\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appointmed.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/appointmed-vorlage-einf\u00fcgen.gif\" alt=\"Vorlagen in die appointmed Dokumentation einf\u00fcgen\" width=\"650\" height=\"371\" \/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Vorlagen in die Dokumentation einf\u00fcgen<\/p><\/div><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"changelogImproved\">Verbesserungen<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Termindatum = Leistungsdatum<\/h4>\n<p>Beim Buchen von Leistungen \u00fcber das Termin Detailfenster, wird das Termindatum automatisch als Leistungsdatum gesetzt. So muss beim nachtr\u00e4glichen Buchen von Leistungen das Datum nicht manuell korrigiert werden.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Termindauer in Termin\u00fcbersicht<\/h4>\n<p>In der Termin\u00fcbersicht in der Patientenakte ist ab sofort auch die Termindauer (von &#8211; bis) sichtbar.
