Starten wir das traditionelle Mitarbeiter-Interview mit der Frage: Was ist Deine Rolle bei appointmed?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Als Customer Success Specialist k\u00fcmmere ich mich haupts\u00e4chlich um die Anfragen und das Feedback unserer appointmed KundInnen<\/strong>. Mir ist wichtig, dass sie mit dem Programm effektiv und zufrieden arbeiten k\u00f6nnen. Ausserdem stelle ich sicher, dass alle unsere Services f\u00fcr KundInnen reibungslos ablaufen und habe ein offenes Ohr f\u00fcr konstruktive Verbesserungsvorschl\u00e4ge.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus unterst\u00fctze ich das Marketing mit gezielten Content Strategien<\/strong> und Social Media<\/strong> Kampagnen.<\/p>\n

„Business“ Adela<\/p><\/div>\n

Ich arbeite schon seit Jahren im Digital-Bereich und hatte bisher abwechselnd mit KundInnen bzw. in HR-Rollen mit BewerberInnen zu tun.<\/p>\n

Zu meinen letzten Stationen geh\u00f6ren eine Online Marketing Agentur<\/strong>, eine Digitale Coaching Plattform<\/strong> und eine IT-Unternehmensberatung<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Daneben war ich eine Zeit lang als Yoga-Lehrerin<\/strong> selbstst\u00e4ndig, habe in dieser Zeit appointmed als Praxissoftware genutzt und kenne daher auch die \u201cKundenseite\u201d als ehemalige Benutzerin sehr gut.<\/p>\n
