Hallo Katrin, bitte stell Dich kurz vor.<\/h2>\n

Ich bin selbstst\u00e4ndige Physiotherapeutin<\/strong>, habe bis 2015 in Graz an der FH studiert und arbeite derzeit in Klosterneuburg und Wien Umgebung. Etwa vier Jahre lang war ich im Rehabilitationszentrum<\/strong> \u201eWei\u00dfer Hof\u201c t\u00e4tig, was eine lehrreiche Zeit f\u00fcr mich war.<\/p>\n

W\u00e4hrend meiner Bildungskarenz 2020 hat sich allerdings f\u00fcr mich herausgestellt, dass ich gerne selbstst\u00e4ndig arbeiten m\u00f6chte. So habe ich dann auch den Schritt in die Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit gewagt<\/strong>. Mit meiner Kollegin Lea Kilchmann habe ich im Herbst 2020 unsere Praxis \u201eVision Bewegung\u201c gegr\u00fcndet. Mittlerweile besteht unser Team schon aus neun KollegInnen der Physiotherapie, Ergotherapie, Sportwissenschaft, Massage und auch eine \u00c4rztin haben wir mit dabei.<\/p>\n

Echt sch\u00f6n, dass das so erfolgreich funktioniert. Daf\u00fcr ist appointmed optimal und unterst\u00fctzt uns perfekt.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Was ist Dein Spezialgebiet?<\/h2>\n

Meine Fachrichtung ist Ortho-Trauma-Sport und mein Spezialgebiet ist das Arbeiten mit amputierten PatientInnen.<\/strong> Der Grundstein daf\u00fcr wurde sicherlich am Wei\u00dfen Hof gelegt, weil ich auf einer entsprechenden Station gearbeitet habe. Es hat sich einfach so ergeben und ich habe es dann sehr schnell lieben gelernt. Die Kombination aus der Prothese und der Technik, zusammen mit dem Menschen und der F\u00e4higkeit, sie auf verschiedenen Niveaus beherrschen zu k\u00f6nnen, begeistert mich sehr.<\/p>\n

Mit dem Verlassen des Wei\u00dfen Hofs wollte ich dieses Spezialgebiet weiterverfolgen. Es gibt n\u00e4mlich genug amputierte PatientInnen, die eine passende Versorgung brauchen. Es gibt hier gro\u00dfen Bedarf.<\/strong> Zwischenzeitlich habe ich auch ein Partnernetzwerk mit FachexpertInnen, Orthop\u00e4dietechnikerInnen und Firmen aufgebaut, mit denen ich sehr gut und gerne zusammenarbeite.<\/p>\n

Die PatientInnen empfehlen mich auch weiter und mittlerweile kommen Leute aus ganz \u00d6sterreich zu mir in die Behandlung.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Das macht mir gro\u00dfen Spa\u00df. Jede\/r PatientIn ist anders und bringt andere F\u00e4higkeiten mit. Das Spannende an einer Amputation ist, dass daraus ein Projekt werden kann. Nach dem Moment der Amputation geht es im besten Fall nur mehr bergauf. Mit einer Prothese schafft man vieles im Leben und kann meist wieder in den Alltag zur\u00fcckkehren. Das ist etwas, das ich an meiner Arbeit sehr liebe.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Physiotherapeutin<\/a><\/p>\n

Was hat euch im Zuge der Praxisgr\u00fcndung dazu bewogen, eine Praxissoftware zu suchen?<\/h2>\n

Mit der Praxisgr\u00fcndung im Herbst 2020 war klar: Wir brauchen ein Programm. Ein Kollege, der damals schon 2 Jahre bei appointmed war, hat euch empfohlen.<\/strong> Ich habe dann einfach die Testphase<\/a> genutzt, appointmed ausprobiert und es hat mich \u00fcberzeugt.<\/p>\n

Was mich bei appointmed angesprochen hat und es noch immer tut, ist der wahnsinnig gute Kundenservice.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Das hei\u00dft, wenn irgendetwas nicht funktioniert oder irgendwo ein Problem ist, dann seid ihr innerhalb von f\u00fcnf Minuten f\u00fcr mich da. Das war bestechend gut.<\/strong> Meine Kollegin Lea hat mit einem anderen Programm begonnen, war aber nicht zufrieden damit. Ein halbes Jahr sp\u00e4ter hat auch sie <\/strong>zu appointmed gewechselt<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Gerade beim Start in die Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit braucht man eine gute Praxissoftware, damit man Patientendaten<\/a> und Termine<\/a> koordinieren und die Verrechnung<\/a> machen kann. All das wird von eurem Programm extrem gut abgedeckt. Es ist sehr benutzerfreundlich, es ist irrsinnig leicht zu durchschauen. Ihr seid jung und flexibel. Also ihr verbessert euch immer, nehmt Anfragen und Feedback von uns KundInnen<\/a> an. Das spricht sehr f\u00fcr euer Programm.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wie nutzt ihr appointmed heute als Team?<\/h2>\n

Da wir \u00fcber appointmed auch unsere Praxisr\u00e4ume verwalten, war uns von Anfang an wichtig, dass alle KollegInnen das Programm nutzen und wir uns dadurch WhatsApp Nachrichten oder E-Mails zur Koordination ersparen<\/strong>. Es ist keine Option bei uns zu arbeiten, ohne das Programm zu nutzen. Das w\u00fcrde f\u00fcr uns einen organisatorischen Mehraufwand bedeuten, den wir nicht haben wollen.<\/p>\n

Bei der Nutzung im Team gibt es feine Unterschiede. Die einen legen zum Beispiel Terminserien an, die anderen normale Termine. Unsere \u00c4rztin im Team verwendet zus\u00e4tzlich noch das \u00c4rztepaket, damit sie auch Rezepte ausstellen kann. Das ist nat\u00fcrlich super. Die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Registrierkassenfunktion<\/a> \u00fcber appointmed zu nutzen, ist nat\u00fcrlich auch praktisch. Manche von uns nutzen die Registrierkasse, manche nicht. Ich habe sie zum Beispiel nicht, da ich sie nicht brauche. Dadurch bezahlte ich auch nicht f\u00fcr etwas, das ich nicht verwende.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unsere neue Kollegin \u2013 Franzi \u2013 hat vorher analog mit Karteikarten gearbeitet. Bei uns arbeitet sie jetzt mit appointmed und freut sich, dass alles so einfach geht.<\/p>\n

Das ist so, wie wenn Du in ein M\u00f6belhaus gehst und dort alles bekommst, was Du brauchst. appointmed hat halt alles.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\"Team<\/a><\/p>\n

Welche appointmed Funktion ist f\u00fcr Dich am wichtigsten?<\/h2>\n

Eine der wichtigsten Funktionen ist die <\/strong>Terminerinnerung per E-Mail<\/a> zwei Tage vor einem Termin.<\/strong> Fast alle PatientInnen sind zufrieden und freuen sich, an den Termin erinnert zu werden. Wenn ich das als Physiotherapeutin machen m\u00fcsste, dann h\u00e4tte ich keine Zeit f\u00fcr Behandlungen. Au\u00dferdem garantiert es mir, dass die PatientInnen auch erscheinen oder zeitgerecht absagen. Ohne die Terminvergabe kann unser Team in der Praxis nicht arbeiten.<\/p>\n

Die zweite Funktion ist mit Sicherheit die Rechnungslegung<\/strong>, weil sie so einfach ist. Ich mache drei Knopfdr\u00fccke und die Rechnung ist geschickt.<\/p>\n

Und die dritte ist die Dokumentationsfunktion.<\/strong> Auf diese k\u00f6nnte ich noch am ehesten verzichten, was ich aber nicht will. Denn die Dokumentation in appointmed erleichtert und beschleunigt den Prozess des Patientenabschlusses. Jede\/r im Team hat sich seinen Anamnesebogen individuell als Vorlage angelegt und f\u00fcgt sie mit einem Klick in die Doku ein. Damit gewinnt man wahnsinnig viel Zeit.<\/p>\n

Gibt es eine Funktion, die Du Dir noch w\u00fcnschst?<\/h2>\n

Ja, ich w\u00fcrde mich freuen, wenn die Sichtbarkeit von individuellen Terminen eingeschr\u00e4nkt w\u00e4re. Das ist aber jetzt nichts Gravierendes. Man sp\u00fcrt bei euch, dass ihr offene Punkte gef\u00fchlt ins n\u00e4chste Teammeeting mitnehmt und euch eine L\u00f6sung \u00fcberlegt.<\/p>\n

Welche drei Worte oder Eigenschaften fallen Dir spontan ein, wenn Du an appointmed denkst?<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Patrik oder Mario<\/strong>. (lacht)<\/em> Die sind \u00fcber den Support immer f\u00fcr einen da. Euer Kundenservice ist einfach extrem gut.<\/li>\n
  2. Die App<\/strong>. Die nutze ich t\u00e4glich, sie funktioniert wahnsinnig gut und ich k\u00f6nnte ohne die nicht mehr arbeiten.<\/li>\n
  3. Praxiskoordination<\/strong>. Denn appointmed ersetzt bei uns eine Empfangskraft, die wir sonst anstellen m\u00fcssten, um alles zu koordinieren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
