Anmeldeformular<\/mark><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Formulareinstellungen und Pflichtfelder<\/strong>: Name und Geschlecht sind von PatientInnen immer anzugeben. In den neuen Formulareinstellungen kannst Du festlegen, welche weitere Daten Pflichtfelder im Formular sind (Kontaktdaten, Versicherung, Bankdaten,&#8230;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stammdaten von Patienten aktualisieren lassen<\/strong>: Sende das Anmeldeformular direkt aus einer bestehenden Patientenakte, um PatientInnen ihre Daten selbstst\u00e4ndig aktualisieren zu lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anmeldeformular bei Terminbest\u00e4tigung<\/strong>: Auch beim Annehmen einer Terminanfrage kannst Du dem Patienten zusammen mit der Terminbest\u00e4tigung ein Anmeldeformular zum Eintragen bzw. Aktualisieren der Daten senden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-allgemeine-geschaftsbedingungen-amp-datenschutzbestimmungen\">Allgemeine Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen &amp; Datenschutzbestimmungen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Deine AGBs und die Datenschutzbestimmungen (DSGVO) sind jetzt Teil des Anmeldeformulars und m\u00fcssen von PatientInnen akzeptiert werden. Darum haben wir beide Texte an einem neuen Ort zusammengefasst.
