Im Interview erz\u00e4hlt sie, warum appointmed f\u00fcr sie \u201eSicherheit&#8220; bedeutet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hallo-johanna-stell-dich-bitte-kurz-vor\">Hallo Johanna, stell Dich bitte kurz vor!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich bin Johanna Hahn, bin 47 und <strong>Heilpraktikerin f\u00fcr Psychotherapie mit Spezialisierung auf Hypnosetherapie<\/strong>. Eigentlich komme ich aus einer ganz anderen Sparte, n\u00e4mlich aus dem <strong>\u00f6ffentlichen Dienst<\/strong>. Durch pers\u00f6nliche Erfahrungen bin ich auf das Thema Psyche und mentale Gesundheit aufmerksam geworden und habe dann meinen Heilpraktiker f\u00fcr Psychotherapie gemacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mir war damals klar: Wenn ich die Pr\u00fcfung schaffe, m\u00f6chte ich diese Arbeit auch komplett machen. F\u00fcr mich <strong>kam eine Nebenbei-Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit nie in Frage<\/strong>, weil mein Job im \u00f6ffentlichen Dienst und die Praxis sich einfach viel zu sehr voneinander unterschieden h\u00e4tten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie hast Du vor appointmed dokumentiert?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Handschriftlich. Das war aber irgendwann ein Sammelsurium. Ich habe mir damals einen <strong>H\u00e4ngeordner<\/strong> gekauft und darin die <strong>Karteikarten beschriftet<\/strong>. Doch in meiner Arbeit als Therapeutin hatte ich nie wirklich einen Leerlauf in all den Jahren. Irgendwann dachte ich mir: Wenn das so weitergeht, brauche ich hier bald einen Keller oder neue Schr\u00e4nke. <strong>Das kann es doch in der heutigen Zeit nicht sein.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Auf appointmed bin ich relativ schnell gekommen, weil mir diese ganze Dokumentation mit Papierform, Kritzeln und Rechnungen schreiben zu aufwendig wurde.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Kollegin hat mir eure Praxissoftware empfohlen. Ich habe sie getestet, f\u00fcr gut befunden und mittlerweile empfehle ich sie schon selbst weiter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wie-hat-dich-appointmed-uberzeugt\">Wie hat Dich appointmed \u00fcberzeugt?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Durch die Optik und die Einfachheit der Bedienung<\/strong>. Das finden tats\u00e4chlich auch meine KlientInnen, gerade was die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appointmed.com\/online-terminvereinbarung\">Online Terminbuchung<\/a> betrifft. Ich h\u00f6re da eigentlich immer ganz gerne auf mein Bauchgef\u00fchl: W\u00fcrde mir etwas zu sehr &#8222;DOS-m\u00e4\u00dfig&#8220; wirken, dann w\u00e4re es schon nichts f\u00fcr mich. <strong>Eine Praxissoftware muss f\u00fcr mich schon modern und einfach zu bedienen sein.<\/strong> Und auch zu mir passen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich finde es auch einfach sch\u00f6n, dass jemand online einen Termin buchen kann. Aber auch die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appointmed.com\/verrechnung-und-registrierkasse\">Rechnungsstellung<\/a>, die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appointmed.com\/elektronische-patientenakte\">Dokumentation<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appointmed.com\/kalender-und-ressourcen\">Terminverschiebungen<\/a> und Notizen \u2013 das alles zusammen in einem System finde ich super.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie l\u00e4uft die Online-Terminbuchung bei Dir konkret ab?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich musste das vor einem halben Jahr umorganisieren. Bisher gab es auf meiner Homepage einen Button \u201eTermin suchen&#8220; mit der jeweiligen Leistung. <strong>Aber irgendwann konnte ich die Menge an Anfragen nicht mehr selbst abdecken.<\/strong> Mittlerweile biete ich Neu-KundInnen \u00fcber einen separaten Link nur noch \u201eKennenlerngespr\u00e4che&#8220; an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adela<\/strong>: Da hab ich gute Neuigkeiten: Wir arbeiten gerade <a href=\"https:\/\/www.appointmed.com\/blog\/appointmed-v2-entsteht-fuer-die-ki-zukunft\">an einem gr\u00f6\u00dferen Update<\/a>, und in dem Rahmen werden die Einstellungen der Online Terminbuchung noch flexibler einstellbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Johanna<\/strong>: Das find ich aber super bei euch, denn ich habe auch schon andere Dinge angeregt. Die Adresse als Pflichtfeld im Falle einer Ausfallsrechnung wurde zum Beispiel schon umgesetzt. Und ich habe auch schon angemerkt, dass man zum Beispiel einen Kurs anbieten k\u00f6nnen sollte, mit etwa 10 freien Pl\u00e4tzen an einem bestimmten Tag, die buchbar sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adela<\/strong>: Gruppentermine werden immer h\u00e4ufiger nachgefragt. Da wird sich definitiv bei uns noch etwas tun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Johanna<\/strong>: Cool. Ich finde es klasse, dass ihr euch immer weiterentwickelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-welche-appointmed-funktionen-nutzt-du-am-haufigsten\">Welche appointmed Funktionen nutzt Du am h\u00e4ufigsten?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Angefangen bei der <strong>Terminbuchung mit der Terminerinnerung<\/strong>. Das finde ich richtig gut. Meine KlientInnen sch\u00e4tzen es auch, dass sie Tage vor dem Termin erinnert werden. Mein appointmed Kalender ist auch <strong>mit meinem Google Kalender synchronisiert<\/strong>, sodass ich alle Termine im Blick behalte. Auch das <strong>Anmeldeformular<\/strong> und die <strong>Datenschutzerkl\u00e4rung<\/strong> sende ich oft schon im Vorfeld aus, im Falle, dass jemand einen telefonischen Termin ausmacht. So habe ich die Daten gleich im System. Und, sobald die KlientInnen zur T\u00fcr raus sind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Ein Knopfdruck, die Diagnose ist drin, die Rechnung geht raus, die Dokumentation ist erledigt.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die Dokumentation finde ich richtig super<\/strong>. Ich habe in der Patientenakte alle wichtigen Infos auf einen Blick. Ich kann den Behandlungsverlauf und vergangene Termine genau nachvollziehen. Auf einen Klick sehe ich auch, <strong>welche unbezahlten Rechnungen es gibt<\/strong>. Ich lasse meinen Behandlungsvertrag unterschreiben und lade ihn direkt in die Patientenakte hoch. Je nachdem, was wir au\u00dferhalb der Hypnose noch machen &#8211; ob ein St\u00e4rkenbaum ausgef\u00fcllt wird oder mir jemand ein Bild schickt &#8211; ich speichere das ebenfalls dort ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Jahr habe ich au\u00dferdem angefangen, die Patientenliste zu exportieren, um zu sehen, wer der Newsletter-Zusendung zugestimmt hat. Wenn sie die Rechnung sp\u00e4ter nochmal f\u00fcr die Steuererkl\u00e4rung brauchen, ist das auch kein Problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-welche-eine-funktion-verwendest-du-bislang-nicht\">Welche eine Funktion verwendest Du bislang nicht?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(\u00dcberlegt)<\/em> Ehrlich gesagt die Videosprechstunde. Ich mache das bisher \u00fcber ein anderes Tool.
